Terms of shipment
If no special shipment method has been agreed upon with the Customer, the Seller may choose the method of shipment at his discretion.
Shipments within the USA qualify for a UPS ground shipping option at a flat rate of $ 15.
Shipment ex-works using UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT is available if you provide your customer account number. You can also pick up your purchases from our Northborough MA warehouse during regular business hours (advanced notice required).
Returns
The Seller at fault: contact us for return/replacement arrangements
All other returns: A general right of return is not granted to the Customer and require a written approval from the Seller in advance. It should be noted now that the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be made within 90 days after receipt of goods.
The delivery batch is clearly traceable.
The merchandise is in re-sellable condition, sent back in the original packaging at the Customer’s expense.
For partial returns the credit may be adjusted for quantity related discounts that were applied to the original order but are no longer applicable to the retained quantity.
Return for credit is the standard return method. This credit does not expire, is for the full value of the returned product (adjusted in case return reason is surplus) and can only be used for future purchases.
